Dry Cleaning Service
Dry cleaning includes stain removal (also called spotting) using SoftWash dry cleaning spotting agents, SoftWash washing, SoftWash drying and steam ironing.
Dry cleaning is charged per garment.

Laundry Service
Laundry service includes general washing, drying and folding.
Laundry service is charged by the load of the washer i.e. 8kg, 10kg or 18kg.
When stain removal is required, requested or spotted, stain will be treated with generic cleaning agents (not SoftWash). Treatment of stains is timed and charged at $55/hr and the cost of chemicals used is extra. This service is separate to dry cleaning and is used only during laundry service. However, SoftWash spotting agents may be required if stains persist.
An 8kg load of washing is around $28.00 (wash, dry, fold with no pickup/delivery).
A minimum charge of $23 (wash, dry, fold with no pickup/delivery) will apply for a load smaller than 8kg on that day.
(Please note: You are charged for removing stains (if and when required), wash per load/s, drying per load/s and folding which is timed at $55/hr.)
Prices will vary for children's clothes, whites, sheets, towels, blankets, doonas etc. Prices will vary from self-serve costs (i.e. if you are doing your own laundry at the laundromat).
Ironing Service
Adult
A standard price of $60/hr. This may be family clothes (children and adult clothes) and or clothes mixed with linen.
Immediate ironing may incur an extra $5 fee.

A standard price is $55/hr. This includes only flat sheets, pillow slips, doona covers and or tablecloths inside an hour of pressing.
A reduce price of $45/hr applies above and beyond an hour of pressing.

Pickup/delivery service
Pickup and delivery is a minimum of $16 (one way is a minimum of $8).
