Our Terms & Conditions

Dry Cleaning Service  ​
  1. We endeavour to remove any spots/stains/marks on your garments. We will let you know if the stains cannot be removed.
  2. Please let us know when your garments or fabrics have spots/stains/marks on them. Fresh spots/stains/marks up to 3 weeks old are easier to remove than old or set stains.
  3. Our dry cleaning service is water-based and environmentally friendly.
  4. Please let us know that your garments or fabrics will colour bleed or colour run before they are dry cleaned.
  5. We endeavour to minimise shrinkages and damages wherever possible.
  6. We do not provide hangers, plastic coverings and or baskets from our dry cleaning service.
Laundry Service
  1. We wash, dry and fold. We do not provide just a wash or just a dry or just a fold.
  2. We only machine wash and machine tumble dry.
  3. We can provide a hot, warm or cold wash. 
  4. We can provide a high/medium/low/delicate or no heat temperature tumble dry. 
  5. Please be aware that there will be some shrinkages with new clothes/fabric when machine washed or tumbled dry.
  6. Please be aware that some underlays, toppers, doonas, mattress protectors and pillow protectors cannot be tumbled dry at high or medium temperature, but only on a low temperature dry or a delicate temperature dry.
  7. We are not responsible for any shrinkages, damages and or stains/marks/colour bleed or colour runs from our laundry service.
  8. We endeavour to minimise shrinkages and damages wherever possible.
  9. We endeavour to minimise colour bleed or colour runs wherever possible. When you know that your garments or fabrics will colour bleed or colour will run, please inform us before they are laundered.
  10. We endeavour to remove stains whenever possible. When you know of stains/marks, please inform us before they are laundered. Please note that old or set stains may not be removed.
  11. If you are not happy with the service, we can give it another wash, dry, fold or iron. But we cannot refund you.
  12. Our laundry service will normally complete before 2pm of a workday where possible. This will allow us to deliver to you by 3pm on the same day. ​
Ironing Service
  1. Please let us know your ironing requirements such as creasing of collars and pants; buttoning of shirts; to be on hangers or to be folded.
  2. We are not responsible for any shrinkages and damages from our ironing service.
  3. We endeavour to minimise shrinkages and damages wherever possible.
  4. We will notify you when we notice that your garment(s) may be already damaged.
  5. We do not provide hangers and or baskets from our ironing service.
Other information about our dry cleaning/laundry service/ironing service
  1. If you require a laundry service on the same day, please contact us as early as possible before 8 am Mon to Thu or drop in to 28 King Street before 9 am Mon to Thu.
  2. Please let us know your payment method either by card, cash, invoice or direct bank deposit.
  3. If paying by credit/debit card, we process it via Square. We can also store your card information when you give us permission to do so. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
  4. ​Payment is required upfront where possible.
  5. Payment is required on the same day when our service has been picked up by you or delivered to you. We do not provide credit.
  6. We may also require a $50 deposit.
  7. If invoice is required, payment is due within 7 days.
  8. When a pickup/delivery service is required, we will need to store this information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
  9. We may cancel our laundry service when payment is unfulfilled, your expectations are too high, we are sick, called away, too busy or on holidays.
  10. You accept our terms and conditions when you use our laundry service.

Self-serve Laundromat
  1. We do not provide customer service.
  2. We do not accept vandalism.
  3. The machines accept gold coins ($1 or $2) only.
  4. Do not overload a machine. Use the biggest washing machine for your doona (duvet), topper, underlay and or thick blankets.
  5. We are not responsible for any damages or losses to your clothes/bedding when you use the laundromat.
  6. We do not tolerate abusive behaviour and any form of harassments physically or verbally, on the phone or on the internet/social media.
  7. We do not respond to incessant phone calls and or incessant voice/text messages. Please leave a text message if required.
  8. We will close the laundromat at 3pm everyday. We have put up signs in every machine to let you know our closing time. 
  9. If your washing is locked out after 3pm, please return the next day to pick it up. We do not open the laundromat for you after it is locked.
  10. You accept our terms and conditions when you use our self-serve laundromat.
